Stress, Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Depression
This group of problems respond well to nNEAP and this can be combined with Mindbody medicine (particularly the Wellness Response) for longer term management. On average patients need 6-8 treatments spread over a few months. The main aim of combining electroacupuncture and the mindbody approach is to end your present episode and to provide you with tools and strategies to cope with future stress and stresses. Both treatment techniques have been shown to have powerful and lasting effects on reducing stress hormones.
Fear of flying, fear of the water, fear of confined spaces (claustrophobia), fear of open spaces (agorophobia), fear of public speaking and other phobias can all be successfully treated using similar approaches with nNEAP and mindbody medicine.
